Cyber Battlera (CBE), operated by Multisolve (Pvt) Ltd, provides online e-sports event registrations and digital participation services. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for event fees and wallet transactions.
1. Event Registration Refunds
A. Refund Before Event (Self-Refund Button)
Players may request a refund before the event begins using the refund button in their account dashboard.
Refunds will be approved if:
The request is submitted before the event lobby time
The user cannot participate due to personal reasons
Slot allocation or match room access has not started
Refunds will NOT be approved if:
The lobby countdown has started
The user has already received or joined the room details
Repeated cancellations indicate misuse
B. Absence Refund After Event (24-Hour Form)
If a player unexpectedly cannot join the event:
A 24-hour Absence Refund Form will be available after the event
Requests will be reviewed manually
Absence refunds may be approved if:
Personal emergency prevented participation
Organizer-side issue prevented match entry
Absence refunds will NOT be approved if:
The player joined late but missed
Device, network, or gameplay issues occurred
Disqualification occurred
Form is submitted after 24 hours
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
Refunds are automatically issued if:
✅ The event is cancelled
✅ The event is rescheduled and the player cannot join the new time
3. Wallet Deposit Refunds
Wallet deposits are treated as digital credits.
Refunds are only issued if:
✅ Duplicate payment occurred
✅ Payment was made but wallet credit was not received
Refunds are NOT issued if:
✘ Wallet balance has been used
✘ User changes mind after topping up
4. Refund Method & Timeframe
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method
Processing Time: 2–7 working days
Refunds cannot be redirected to a different account or payment method
5. Anti-Abuse & Fair-Play Conditions
Refund requests may be rejected if:
⚠ Excessive cancellations occur
⚠ Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
⚠ Event or platform rules are violated
