Common Questions
Can I play on Emulator (PC)?
No. Emulators are strictly prohibited. Players found using emulators will be kicked and disqualified without refund. Mobile & iPad only.
What if I get disconnected during the match?
Unfortunately, we cannot control your internet connection. You can rejoin if the game allows, but no refunds are given for network issues.
How are points calculated?
Generally:
• 1 Kill = 1 Point (Rs. 20)
• Chicken Dinner = 15 Points (Rs. 500)

Can I change my teammate after registering?
Yes, but you must contact Admin via WhatsApp at least 1 hour before the match starts.
Do I need to take screenshots?
For Battle Mode tournaments, it is NOT mandatory as we spectate. However, keeping a screenshot of your result is recommended in case of point calculation errors.

Lag/Ping: Play at your own risk. High ping is not a valid reason to cancel a match after starting.
Questions & Answers
Opponent used a wrong gun/map. What do I do?
DO NOT finish the match. Exit immediately, take a screenshot/screen recording as proof, and submit a "Dispute". If you play the full match and lose, you cannot claim a dispute later.
I won, but my opponent didn't update the result.
Upload your 'Victory Screenshot' in the match panel. If the opponent doesn't respond within 15 minutes, the system will auto-verify your win.
The Room ID provided is invalid.
Take a screenshot showing the "Invalid Room" error in the game and upload it. You will receive a refund or a walkover win if the opponent faked it.
Can I cancel a challenge I created?
Yes, if no one has joined yet, you can delete it and your money returns to the wallet instantly. If someone has joined, you cannot cancel.

What is the Minimum Withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal limit is Rs. 500. You can request a withdrawal anytime.
How long does withdrawal take?
We process payments twice a day. You will receive money to your bank account within 24 Hours max.
Is there a transaction fee?
Deposits are free. However, a small bank processing fee (Rs. 30) may be deducted from Withdrawals depending on your bank.
Can I transfer my wallet balance to a friend?
No. To prevent fraud and hacking, wallet transfers between players are disabled. You can only withdraw to a bank account under your own name.

Why is my account Banned?
Reasons for bans:
1. Using Hacks/Scripts.
2. Uploading fake screenshots.
3. Teaming in Solo matches.
4. Abusing other players in chat.

Can I change my Username or Email?
For security reasons, you cannot change them manually. Please contact support if you have a genuine reason (e.g., spelling mistake).
I forgot my password.
Click on "Forgot Password" at the login screen. An OTP will be sent to your registered email/phone to reset it.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. One person = One account. If we detect multiple accounts using the same device/IP to manipulate matches, all accounts will be suspended.
